Insurance Account Manager – Sales & Service Focus

We have two agency locations in Philadelphia (19123 and 19127) and are hiring for both!
Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on turning leads into long-term clients while also delivering excellent service? The Hutcheon Agency is seeking an Insurance Account Manager who can grow our agency through proactive sales and strong customer relationships, while supporting clients with their day-to-day insurance needs.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
What You’ll Do

Drive New Business – Proactively market insurance products, identify customer needs, and close sales.

Build Client Relationships – Manage accounts, conduct policy reviews, and develop retention strategies.

Provide Service Excellence – Assist customers with renewals, policy changes, and claims follow-up.

Support Agency Growth – Collaborate on strategies and quotas to achieve agency goals.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with confidence in engaging prospects and closing deals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous insurance or related sales experience preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
