Insurance & Financial Services Specialist – Sales & Service Focus

We have two agency locations in Philadelphia (19123 and 19127) and are hiring for both!
Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who can close business and also provide excellent client support? The Hutcheon Agency is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Specialist who can grow our agency through proactive sales while supporting customers with their insurance and financial needs.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
What You’ll Do

Drive Growth – Proactively market insurance and financial service products, identify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term relationships.

Consult with Clients – Provide comprehensive financial planning and insurance options tailored to individual needs.

Support Client Goals – Assist with retirement planning, investment management, and ongoing insurance coverage.

Stay Current – Keep up with market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements to best serve clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with the ability to engage confidently in sales conversations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
