Customer Relations Representative – Sales & Service Focus

We have two agency locations in Philadelphia (19123 and 19127) and are hiring for both!
Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who also delivers outstanding service? The Hutcheon Agency is seeking a Customer Relations Representative who can fuel agency growth through proactive sales while providing dependable support to our clients.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
What You’ll Do

Drive Growth – Engage in sales conversations, recommend insurance products, and convert leads into loyal clients.

Support Clients – Manage customer inquiries, assist with policy changes, and provide clear, timely solutions.

Enhance Retention – Contribute to customer retention strategies through strong relationships and proactive service.

Collaborate with the Team – Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with confidence in building relationships and closing business.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
