We’re growing! With two Philadelphia locations (19123 and 19127), The Hutcheon Agency is looking to add a driven and service-minded Customer Relations Representative to our team. This role blends sales, relationship-building, and customer support to help our agency continue to thrive.
This is a licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you aren’t licensed yet, you’ll need to obtain both—but we’ll fully support you throughout the process.
What You’ll Do
Drive Agency Growth
Engage prospective and existing customers, uncover their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Support & Guide Clients
Respond to customer questions, assist with policy updates, and ensure every interaction is handled with clarity and professionalism.

Build meaningful relationships and contribute to our retention strategies through proactive, dependable service.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong sales orientation with the ability to build rapport and close business.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or a willingness to obtain them with our support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
