We’re growing across both of our Philadelphia locations (19123 and 19127) and are looking for a driven Insurance Account Manager to join our team.
If you excel at generating new business, building trusted client relationships, and delivering consistent, high-quality service, this role offers the perfect balance of sales and client support.
This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing. If you’re not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain both—with full support from our agency.
What You’ll Do
Generate New Business
Engage prospects, uncover coverage needs, present insurance solutions, and turn leads into loyal policyholders.

Build & Maintain Client Relationships
Manage customer accounts, conduct policy reviews, and strengthen retention through proactive communication and service.

Deliver Exceptional Service
Assist clients with renewals, policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-up to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong sales orientation with confidence in prospecting and closing.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is preferred.
- Active P&C and L&H licenses—or a willingness to obtain them with our support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
