We’re expanding across both of our Philadelphia locations (19123 and 19127) and are looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our growing team.
If you’re a sales-driven professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships while driving new business, this role offers the ideal balance of sales, service, and client engagement.
This position requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you’re not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain them—with full support from our agency.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth
Actively market insurance products, generate new business opportunities, and convert qualified prospects into long-term customers.

Support Client Needs
Assist clients with applications, renewals, billing questions, and policy changes to ensure they receive the right coverage at the right time.

Deliver Excellent Service
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing clear guidance and dependable solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong sales focus with confidence in engaging prospects and closing business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
- Current P&C and L&H licenses—or a willingness to obtain them with our support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
