Customer Service Representative – Sales & Service Focus

We have two agency locations in Philadelphia (19123 and 19127) and are hiring for both!
Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who also delivers excellent customer service? The Hutcheon Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can fuel growth by driving sales while supporting customers with dependable service.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
What You’ll Do

Engage in Sales – Confidently discuss insurance products, identify customer needs, and close sales with both warm and cold leads.

Support Clients – Answer inquiries, assist with policy changes and updates, and provide clear solutions.

Claims & Follow-Up – Process insurance claims and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Stay Organized – Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
- Current P&C and L&H licenses—or a willingness to obtain them with our support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
